My alarm comes alive at 03h50 during the week! I would have already reviewed my schedule the night before so I am amped to get into action.
My time is filled with getting ready, reading my Bible and reciting my affirmations. We arrive at gym at 4h40, in time for a 15 minute warm up walk before the gym doors open at 5am.
Incorporating exercise in my morning means I have uninterrupted time to get my workout in. Exercise provides me with a huge mood boost and I am filled with ideas of meaningful potential.
We are back home around 06h15 to have breakfast, pray, shower, change and settle in for the day ahead. Starting my day like this empowers me to have a full day ahead, more than most people claim to have. I am able to capitalise on the longer day to get through my priorities.
I meet my day ready to do my best work. Getting up early gives my body a chance to reach peak wakefulness naturally. I don’t depend on caffeine to do the thinking for me. My energy levels and mental clarity in the morning is noticeable and feels incredible.
This is my weekday routine and I love it!
